Thenue Housing Association is based in Glasgow and provides high quality housing to over 3,000 tenants and owners in six areas, mainly in the east end of the city.  We have always gone beyond our core housing responsibilities to address the wider needs of our communities and are currently recruiting a Project Worker for our Choices for Change project.


Fixed Term Contract to 31 July 2020
EVH Grade 6 PA17 - PA20 (£27,457 - £30,016) pro-rata

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual from a community development background to support the Project Coordinator in delivering Choices for Change.  The project supports people who are lonely and socially isolated and is built around a 10 week personal development course delivered in partnership with Glasgow Kelvin College.

Responsibilities include delivering life-skills training to course participants as well as assisting in the recruitment of course participants, assessment of training needs and project monitoring. An additional  responsibility will be enabling participants to shape course content to match their needs and aspirations.

You will have relevant community development experience, preferably gained in a similar environment, have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload. You will have a full current driving licence.
