Project Officer (Property Services)

Thenue Housing Association provides high quality housing to 2826 tenants in our six main communities and has 18 supported accommodation projects, mainly located in Glasgow. We provide a factoring service to a further 600 owners within our communities.
The Property Services Department is responsible for the Asset Management and Development functions of the association. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to plan, deliver and monitor cyclical and planned maintenance projects and to provide a compliance service. Working with the Property Services Manager, you would be responsible for the coordination of maintenance for our supported accommodation projects and the provision of a clerk of works service for works contracts.
You will work with other members of the Property Services team to ensure that the team is able to deliver the outcomes in the asset management programme.
You will have a track record of managing and delivering planned and cyclical maintenance projects, primarily in the social rented sector. Experience in providing a compliance service for specialist equipment would be valuable.
You will have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to manage your own workload. A full, current driving licence is essential.
