Thenue Housing Association provides high quality housing to 2896 tenants in our six main communities and has 18 supported accommodation projects, mainly located in Glasgow.  We provide a factoring service to a further 600 owners within our communities.

The Property Services Department is responsible for the Asset Management and Development functions of the association.   We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to provide a full administrative support to the Property Services Team. Working with the Property Services Manager, you would be responsible for implementing the annual gas safety programme for all properties, maintaining good records for compliance and be the first point of contact for tenant queries in relation to both major repair and cyclical maintenance contracts.

You will work with other members of the Property Services team to ensure that the team is able to deliver the outcomes in the asset management programme.

You will have knowledge of the social housing field and experience in property maintenance/housing management systems and procedures.

You will have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to manage your own workload.  A full, current driving licence is desirable but not essential.
