With a strategic mind, you’ll lead our Corporate Team to drive performance improvement across the business. You will lead key functions such as communications, governance development, data management, facilities management and organisational health and safety for the Association. You will work with our teams to review key processes and ensure they are oriented towards outstanding customer service. As a key member of our Strategic Management Team and the lead officer for our Board you will be at the heart of the organisation, actively working with the CEO and Directors to shape future strategic direction. With experience of working at a senior level you will have a background in at least some of the areas within your remit, although we recognise the breadth of responsibility and therefore transferable skills and the ability to think strategically, learn quickly and solve problems are more important than specific knowledge.
We want someone who will challenge us and bring new ideas to the business. You will be proactive and confident at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, always positively representing the team and Maryhill Housing.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills are vital. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet set deadlines is a must.

This is a permanent role, with a salary banding of £38,403-£41,549 (EVH Grade 8). In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, which includes 25 days annual leave, 15 days public holiday and access to a contributory pension scheme.
