Cloch Housing Association is a community based association, owning and managing 1403 rented homes and providing factoring services to over 320 owners in the Inverclyde area. The Association also manages the Inverclyde Care & Repair project which was established in 2001.

The Maintenance Officer will play a key part in delivering the Association’s maintenance service to our customers.  Duties include, but not restricted to, instructing, managing and monitoring repair work, pre and post repair inspections, void inspections, authorising maintenance invoices, tenant participation & customer satisfaction and estate inspections.  You must be able to demonstrate that you are IT literate and able to communicate well with our customers.
