We are looking for candidates with excellent interpersonal, and ICT skills, with experience in a customer service environment, and strong customer focus to deliver responsive support to our staff and Board Members.  Candidates should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server, as well as experience configuring hardware (thin clients, PCs, and mobile devices) in a Citrix Xenapp environment.

You will be educated to SVQ Level 3 or equivalent and have experience working within an ICT environment, and delivering ICT support to end users with varying levels of knowledge. You will be able to demonstrate sound analytical and problem solving skills, and have confidence talking to, and building rapport with, a wide range of customers, suppliers, and service providers.
