The Role
The successful candidate must be an experienced HR Officer/HR Adviser used to working in a fast paced generalist HR role including dealing with recruitment and learning and development. You will be the first point of contact for employee and line manager queries.  You will support the HR Manager within a small but busy team and work closely with all areas of the organisation.

You must have excellent communication and time management skills.  You will have an excellent knowledge of UK employment law and ideally, you should also have attained or be working towards your CIPD qualification.  You need to have an eye for detail, be able to produce accurate work under pressure and be a team player. The ability to prioritise your work with your colleagues to meet departmental objectives is crucial.

This fixed term role is for a period of 12 months and will come with a salary banding of £32,850-£36,071 pro rata (EVH grade 7). In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including 25 days annual leave and 15 public holidays (pro rata).
