As a successful organisation, our aim is to offer our customers consistently great services that make a visible difference to their quality of life.  We are a community based organisation in the north of Glasgow managing over 3000 rented properties and providing a factoring service to over 700 home owners.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join us for a 12 month period to help and support our HR Team in delivering the day to day running of the HR function. The role will involve drafting documentation, maintaining files and systems, co-ordinating employee induction and training and supporting our recruitment processes.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of HR best practice and will have experience of working proactively in a busy environment. A key requirement of the role is the ability to handle competing priorities and being able to switch tasks easily if necessary.  If you already have, or are working towards a formal HR qualification, this would be beneficial.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication and time management skills and should be able to deliver results efficiently and with accuracy.  Excellent IT skills would be advantageous for this post.
