Lochaber Housing Association is a registered charitable housing association, with a stock of over 700 properties across Lochaber and a development programme which will see our stocks increase further.  We work to meet housing need in Lochaber, and to provide good quality, affordable housing opportunities for local communities.

We require an experienced housing professional to lead in the development of housing strategy and performance. This will involve ensuring that we operate in accordance with best practice and that we are compliant. You will need to have experience in performance management, policy development, digital services as well as a sound understanding of the current welfare system.
