We are seeking to recruit a Housing Manager to lead our Housing Management Team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role at senior level within the Association contributing to the delivery of our customer focused housing management and factoring services to around 1500 tenants and factoring owners in the Forth Valley area.

Paragon is seeking an experienced and qualified housing management professional for this demanding role. You will need to demonstrate that you put tenants and other service users at the heart of service delivery, possess good strategic skills, have an excellent understanding of the social housing sector and have proven skills to lead the housing management team to deliver a high level of performance.

How we do things is important to us as an organisation and candidates should be able to demonstrate commitment to a high standard of governance and the ability to work closely with the Management Committee to deliver organisational objectives.

The post is 35 hours per week with flexible working hours however there may be a requirement for some out of hours working.
