Housing Management Support Assistant
We want to ensure that a co-ordinated and responsive service is provided to customers and other team members. Based in the Estates Team the Housing Management Support Assistant will play a key role in this. The job is varied and will involve dealing with frontline enquires from customers, some on site housing management duties, providing administrative support to staff and using our IT system to manage customer contacts and produce reports. This post is at the heart of delivering services to our customers and it provides an opportunity to develop housing, administrative and IT skills.
We are seeking someone who is organised, confident, possesses excellent customer service skills and can demonstrate a flexible approach to duties. Good IT skills and confident use of Microsoft products is essential. Housing experience is not essential but you must be able to work to policies and procedures.
The post is 35 hours per week with flexible working hours however there may be a requirement for some out of hours working.
