Cunninghame Housing Association is the first Housing Association in Scotland (with more than 50 employees) to be awarded Investors in People Platinum, Investors in Young People Gold Accreditation and Investors in People Health & Wellbeing Good Practice Award.  With more than 2,500 properties in North and East Ayrshire the Association plans to build circa 500 plus houses within the North, East and South areas over the next 5 years. The Association aims to achieve excellence in service delivery to its customers and we are now seeking to recruit four highly motivated individuals to join our Finance & Corporate Services Department: -

GRADE: Grade 4 (PA9 – PA12)
SALARY: £20,352 - £23,015

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the post holder will assist with the maintenance and administration of all day to day financial records and transactions within the Finance Section. The successful candidate will be customer focused, organised in your approach to work and ideally possessing an HNC or equivalent financial discipline, previous work experience in this area will complement your excellent team working, communication and administration skills.  You will be required to work within an extremely busy and demanding Finance environment ensuring targets are met.  Previous experience in sales and purchase ledger processing and reconciliation of supplier statements is an essential requirement of the post.  The successful candidate must be ICT Literate in a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office and have some experience of accounting software.
