Atrium Homes, based in Kilmarnock is on an ambitious transformational journey. Following consultation with our tenants, our Business Plan for the next few years will focus on core values of delivering quality affordable housing, sustainable communities and life chances for people. 

To complement this we have completed a staff restructure and we are looking for an exceptional person for a post within our Operations Team, who provide high quality, housing services to our customers. This is a front-line, customer facing post and we are seeking a motivated team player with excellent administrative and organisational skills, and an awareness of the challenges associated with delivering housing services in the context of welfare reform together with experience in providing support to residents in maintaining their rent accounts.

Whilst the current focus of the post is in relation to income management, the candidate will work across all the disciplines in housing – arrears, allocations, estate management and tenancy support, so we are looking for someone that can offer all these skills or who comes with some areas of expertise and is willing to learn the rest.

You will be capable and enthusiastic with the ability to manage a diverse range of activities and have the desire to ‘make a difference’ to the lives of our customers. You will strive for continuous improvement in the delivery of services to our customers and other users with a view to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

Excellent IT skills in the standard office packages, i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook are essential to this post and experience of working on bespoke housing IT packages would be a real advantage.
