Following a successful ballot of tenants in September 2002, the 863 houses transferred in June 2004. We have 802 units of housing stock and exciting plans for newbuild developments over the next 3 years.

Due to our expansion and resultant recent restructure, we have newly created opportunities for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about excellence of customer service delivery to our tenants, to join our staff team.
