Cadder HA was established in 1994 and is situated in the North West of Glasgow.

If you have experience of providing housing and customer service in the social housing sector and a commitment to excellent customer service and continuous improvement and feel you can make a difference in the service we provide to our tenants and other customers, we would encourage you to apply for the post of Customer Services Co-ordinator.

Details of Post:

The successful candidate should possess an HNC or equivalent qualification and have experience associated with key tasks and responsibilities of the role i.e. allocations and void management, debt recovery, managing neighbour complaints and anti-social behaviour and good administration skills.  You should have good knowledge of current Housing Legislation in key aspects of the role.

You should be able to handle a diverse workload and plan and prioritise key tasks to meet challenging deadlines, have good organizational skills; be customer focused and be able to communicate effectively with our tenants and other customers and a range of agencies and organisations. You should be able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team, be conscientious; be flexible in your approach to meet organization goals; and have a pleasant friendly manner.
