Linthouse Housing Association (LHA) is a charitable, community-based Housing Association established in 1974 to rehabilitate 750 traditional tenement flats in Linthouse, South West Govan, in Glasgow.  For over 42 years we have delivered housing and community regeneration services to our customers and grown our business by building award winning new homes and acquiring stock from other landlords.

We now have a varied housing stock of over 1110 homes including tenements, multi storey flats, four in a block, main door properties, sheltered, very sheltered and amenity housing.  As a Registered Social Landlord, we are regulated by the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) and operate within the SHR’s regulatory framework. We are also a registered property factor for more than 600 homes.

Our Management Committee are forward thinking and motivated by a desire to secure LHA’s future as a valued, customer focused, efficient, cost effective landlord; delivering the best possible outcomes to our customers to achieve our vision of  creating vibrant communities that people are proud to call home.

We are at a tremendously exciting time of our organisation’s development and are fully embracing positive changes and opportunities for improvements created as a result of implementing our organisation’s refreshed structure and by the drive and enthusiasm of our new transformational CEO.
