Parkhead Housing Association Ltd is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Payroll HR Admin Assistant to support our HR department. The successful candidate will assist in the processing of weekly and monthly payroll providing administrative and HR support for the department.
Reporting to the Corporate Services Senior HR Assistant, the successful applicant must have previous experience working with Sage 50 Payroll as well as excellent communication and IT skills as once in position the successful candidate will need to become familiar with Kypera Financials and Document Management systems.
A flexible approach to work is essential, with the ability and willingness to respond to changing circumstances and expectations as our organization continues to grow and develop.
