We wish to recruit a Community Centre Team Leader as a key member to manage our Community Centre, which will provide a range of community, recreation and leisure facilities to local residents and others'.
Details of Post:

The successful candidate should have experience in managing a community centre or similar facility, as well as staff management including working with volunteers and training and work experience placements.  You should have a track record of securing grant funding and developing services for all ages to ensure there is a full programme of activities to meet the themed uses of the Centre and the needs of local residents.

You should be a good communicator, confident with an outgoing and pleasant personality, customer focused, good organisational abilities, proficient in I.T and be highly motivated and committed to excel in the role.  We would also expect the successful candidate to be flexible in their approach where there will be a need to work unsociable hours.  These personal attributes are essential to make our community centre a success where it is financially viable and sustainable going forward.
