We are looking to recruit an Assets & Maintenance Manager to join us at an exciting time in our organisational development and take responsibility for all responsive, planned and cyclical works, estate management and future development plans. Our ideal candidate, will have a commitment to putting customers first and will work collaboratively with all colleagues and stakeholders.  You will form part of the management team and work with our committee. It would be beneficial to understand and be experienced in community based social housing, but this is not essential – we are more interested in strong candidates with transferrable skills.

The successful candidate will also be required to undertake a satisfactory Disclosure Scotland check.

Interviews will be held on Tuesday 18th June 2019 at The Hub, 49 Wellhouse Crescent, G33 4LA.  The panel will be Clare Monteith, Chair of Staffing Committee; Maureen Morris, Chair of Management Committee and Martin Wilkie-McFarlane, Director.  There will be a short presentation and an opportunity to meet fellow management team members too.
