Code of Conduct

Fired

A clear code of conduct for employees serves an ethical and a practical purpose.  It will:

  • Set out what behaviours are expected within your organisation – and what is not acceptable.
  • Give employees practical advice on how to meet your organisation’s standards in the course of their day-to-day work.

Our Model codes of conduct policy can be adapted for use by all of our members, and we have variants which cover generic not for profit employers along with one (Model Policy : RSL.doc) which meets the additional specific requirements of those employers covered by the Scottish Housing Regulator.
