The Bob Allan Young Achiever in Housing Excellence Award is presented in conjunction with Friends of Bob Allan.  The award aims to recognise individuals who can demonstrate that they have shown passion, commitment and flair in ensuring that the human aspects of tenant or client services are at the forefront of the service.

The award is open to anyone under the age of 30 at the time of application who is working or volunteering in a social housing organisation. The housing organisation can be a local authority, registered social landlord or other not-for-profit organisation involved in the housing sector. Full-time students studying for a housing qualification are also eligible to apply.
